Begin the registration process to be a CHIRA® Agent by downloading, completing and returning these three forms: CHIRA® Agent Application, Confidentiality Agreement and License Agreement forms below and submitting payment as instructed therein. Upon registration, the CHIRA® Agent will be granted access to the complete CHIRA® Library and CHIRA® Agent Promo Kit and can commence with implementing CHIRA®.
